The location on SG highway is convenient, and the spacious rooms are well-kept with essential amenities. The standout feature was the exceptional service from Mr Rajesh and Mr Anshu, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.However, some areas fell short of expectations. The management's handling of a room issue and insect in the food left much to be desired.On the positive side, the staff's hospitality was unparalleled, making my stay memorable. The breakfast was satisfactory, albeit tailored more towards Indian guests. I appreciated the gesture of a complimentary dinner and breakfast to make amends for earlier mishaps.While the Courtyard offers luxury amenities, the incidents encountered during my stay question the value proposition. Future guests should exercise caution and manage expectations accordingly.
